These include a full service convention hotel, limited service properties with ample meeting space, a conference center with tradeshow opportunities and luxury condominium resorts with meeting space and catering on site. We will procure proposals on your behalf, arrange site visits of the properties and the area and help you find the right free time or team building activities, including golf, charter fishing, sailing excursions, nature outings, spa and shopping. When you have chosen our destination for your next meeting, we are happy to assist with attendance boosting ideas such as creating virtual postcards for your use and providing links to your online registration.
Gulf Shores and Orange Beach are located on the west tip of the Panhandle region, just south of Mobile, AL and is within a day’s drive of most southeastern cities. The destination is located on 32 miles of white, sugar sand beaches along the Gulf of Mexico and is home to many state and regional association meetings. Additionally, Board of Directors and sales incentive groups find the area an ideal location for productive and rewarding meetings. The area is easily reached via the Pensacola and Mobile airports, or by corporate jet at the Jack Edwards National Airport.
