 9/20/2011 | | "Great Service and Great Product!", An Eventective User from Birmingham, AL | I have ordered from Norton's Florist several times and have always been pleased with their products. The flowers I have ordered have always been fresh, colorful, and very beautifully arranged. The Norton's Florist workers are very helpful and can always come up with something unique for the person you have in mind. They are very prompt in their deliveries and are always extremely professional. I have gotten many compliments from flowers that I have received.
I have also ordered several gift baskets from Norton's Florist and I cannot say enough about how great they are. They are very smart in choosing appropriate gifts for the men in your life without making an arrangement look too feminine. They contents of gift baskets (candy, meats, cheeses, crackers, chips) are always a good selection. There has never been something in a gift basket that I did not like.
On one occasion, I was out at lunch when a flower arrangement was sent to me at work, and I was very impressed about how Norton's Florist handled this. They brought another arrangement to my work the next day and upgraded it. They came at a different time to avoid missing me again.
