The Hamilton Convention Centre by Carmen’s is the largest event venue in the City of Hamilton with up to 22 meeting rooms and ballrooms. Located on the third level, the Chedoke Ballroom, our largest space, is luxuriously appointed with a 25 ft high cedar ceilings, parquet floor, and broadloom carpeting perimeter. Movable walls provide maximum flexibility for exhibits, meetings or banquets. Lighting options in the room allow for the creation of the perfect ambiance for any function. Exhibits are easily erected as there is a freight elevator which provides direct access to the Chedoke Ballroom.

The Wentworth Hall, located at street level, offers as much as 20,000 sq. ft. of reinforced floor space and 22 ft ceilings, making it the ideal choice for exhibits, tradeshows, dinners, receptions and large meetings. The concourse runs the full length of the Wentworth Hall and includes a First Aid Room. It also provides direct access to the 2,193 seat Hamilton Place Theatre. The Wentworth Hall is equipped with a four-bay loading dock and includes a large freight elevator capable of transporting small vehicles to the second and third levels. Move-in and move-out times are greatly reduced with access to the Wentworth Hall via two sources; direct ramp from the loading dock and a large drive through door.

Wedding - An Eventective User

Event was great everything was amazing and so well done, only con was a bunch of cars got broken into, and they didn’t have enough parking passes for everyone. Otherwise great place to have a wedding.
