I'm guessing those of you who put a lot of effort in researching the ring, planning when and where to propose and crafting the perfect words so she replies "I do" is saying "yes" to the question above. If so, my name is Carl Reid and 1KW Photography shoots Secret Engagement Photo Sessions!!!
1KW Photography Secret Engagement session is where we discreetly capture moments leading up to the actual proposal and most importantly her expression to when you introduce the ring.
Along with a stress free photo package, only $250, we offer complimentary consultation to help develop your proposal mission. Just let us know the time and the place we'll be there deep undercover. By the way, as an added bonus, for booking this session you qualify for credits for a future wedding package.

WHEREAS Photographer is in the business of providing professional photographic services and products ('coverage') AND CLIENT is desirous of engaging Photographer to provide such Coverage; NOW THEREFORE for good and valuable consideration received the parties hereto agree as follows:
1. Photographer will provide coverage of Secret Engagement Photo Session
2. Client will pay to Photographer a total price of $250 + HST for coverage which includes: Labour: $150
Image Management: $100
a: Secure Link or CD with images: High resolution JPEGs
b: No frames
3. Client will pay to Photographer the total price on the following terms:
a: A retainer of $150
b: Remaining balance of $132.5 upon delivery of images
4. Coverage for products and/or services outside of those outlined in this agreement will be priced separately and executed at the discretion of the Photographer.
5. Client may cancel this contract prior to delivery, thereby forfeiting all retainers paid, by written notice to Photographer. |

One Thousand Words photography (1KW) would be honoured to capture moments of your wedding. We are a husband and wife team, that capture images to invoke the strong feelings in each picture. We traditionally capture images for engagement + full day wedding coverage. We offer high resolution images of the engagement and the ceremony within 7 days from any session. In addition, the package includes thank you cards as well.
We are right on the verge of finalizing our calendar for 2013/2014 (10 weddings a year) and still have a few available slots open. In addition to having 2 photographers to capture images for your engagement and wedding day for only a $1500. For every referral (RAVE) you send to 1KW Photography resulting in a booking of a wedding we'll reimburse you with a free framed pictures (up to 5 frames where the first four frames are 8X10 and the fifth frame is 11x14) or discount off a future family portrait session. Keep in mind, referrals also includes commenting on our blog, tweeting a reference on twitter and "liking" us with comments on our facebook profile.
Please feel free to connect with us, meanwhile here are some helpful tidbits to ensure you'll get the right photos on your wedding day.
1. Choose your style - ask yourself questions that determines your style and it will help you select your photographer easier. Are you traditional; do you like modern; do you like angles, mostly black and whites etc.
2. Define your family photo process - trying to get every last combo of your family is always difficult so create a short list of must-have family shots (don't forget the one for all everyone in the family shot too!!!).
3. Life is what happens while you are busy making plans - be flexible. So what if it rains...we can still capture amazing images with stylish umbrellas. Or if there is traffic...we can capture great images in the street or secondary locations between the wedding ceremony and the wedding reception.
4. Go the extra mile - get engagement photos taken and/or set up a photo-booth at the wedding. Taking your engagements photos allows for you both to be comfortable in front of camera and you will be well prepared for when the camera is pointed at you both on the day of your wedding. It's always difficult to capture a photo of all your wedding guests so allow them to show off their best personality in a photo-booth. Also they make great images for a future wedding album.
5. Relax, breath and zen - "be calm like still water". Actually, in reality, it takes alot of effort to achieve a zen-like calmness on your wedding day but in truthfully stress can be seen on your face in the images. So let's try to get to a healthy balance...don't sweat the small stuff and we'll capture the fun stuff!
By the way, we've just been recently nominated one of the top 50 Toronto Photographers!!!

It's understood and agreed that 1KW Photography is the exclusive official photographer hired to provide photographic services for the wedding day.
Coverage for products and/or services outside of those outlined in this agreement will be priced separately and executed at the discretion of the Photographer.
Orders, either in part or in full, shall not be delivered until the balance due is paid in full.
1KW Photography reserves the right to use photographs taken during the course of their work display, advertising or other promotional use.
Client may cancel this contract prior to delivery, thereby forfeiting all deposits paid, by written notice to Photographer.
1KW Photography represents that extreme care is taken with respect to capturing, developing, digital processing, storage and delivering of images. However, in the event that the photographer fails to comply with the obligations of this contract , for any reason including but not limited to events outside of the photographer's control, 1KW Photography's liability shall be limited to a refund of all payments. |
