Pulling it all together… You have done the legwork, vendor contacts and have your day already planned, but you want to leave the details to someone else to carry out.
Some of our services would include (but not be limited to):
- Consultations with the happy couple
- Unlimited phone and email availability (24/7)
- Check with vendors to confirm arrangements for the wedding day
- Receiving of deliveries and greeting of vendors
- Coordination/supervision of vendor set up and execution
- Delivery of all final payments and gratuities to vendors (optional)
- Attendance oversight and direction of the ceremony and reception
- Assistance with handing out wedding flowers pinning on corsages, boutonnieres, etc...
- Making sure flowers are held correctly, timing is perfect, wedding dress trains are straight, etc...
- Cue the wedding party for processional and recessional
- Use of fully stocked emergency kit
- Helping the photographer get the pictures you want, making sure family members are available and in place for the photographer
- Arrangement of grand entrance
- Handle any last-minute requests or problems
- Making sure things are running on schedule
- Collection of gifts received, guest books, cameras, personal items from wedding to be delivered to pre-arranged spot
- Most important - providing a stress free day for the happy couple!
