Avant Garde Events is about pushing the envelope, thinking outside of the box and looking at things from a unique perspective. We provide services for corporate, private and community events. Whether for a small party of ten, community event for a hundred, or a festival for thousands we can help you bring one of a kind experiences to life. We are committed to environmental and social causes and aim to work ethically and sustainably at all times. Leftover florals from events are donated to hospitals or care homes, purchased decor can be sold to raise money for local charities. Recycling and sustainable practices are implemented at all events to reduce our impact on the planet.

Corporate Marketing Manager - An Eventective User from Vancouver, BC

Our annual holiday party is known within our industry as the most fun way to wrap up the year and we take pride in maintaining this reputation. The party is a costume party with a different theme each year and normally a committee of our staff takes on the task of decorating the venue and bringing the theme to life. For 2015, the decision was made to hire an event designer as we moved to a larger venue with a larger guest list and really wanted to make a big impact; Natasha delivered. Natasha is very creative and does not need much direction; after one meeting with our committee she brought great flair to our initial ideas in her proposal. She was easy to work with and the experience was stress free for our office coordinator who appreciated the professionalism of Natasha’s team. Most importantly, everyone had a great time at the party and loved the dramatic lighting and thematic photo-opportunity spaces that Natasha created.
