Welcome to the beautiful elegance of a heritage style home with 2 tastefully decorated floors. Picture taking is a delight with all the mature trees and terraced gardens filled with flowering bushes.
At the entrance, you are drawn into the amazing ocean front view and out to the balcony. There is complete access to 2 large covered patios, one with a Pergola by the poolside.
A dock is featured with the option of the Bride and Groom sailing away into the sunset after the reception.
Food can be caterered and music hired. Bar facilities can be arranged.

100% of the rental cost is required to book the facility. A refund is given if a month or more notice is given minus an administration fee of $35. If less than 4 weeks notice is given no refund is given.
The price for the facility rental is $1000.00. Food, beverages, alcohol, and entertainment are extra and referrals will be given.
A damage deposit is required at booking of $250.
