Uptown Chefs is comprised of highly skilled chefs, great locally sourced products and an amazing service team. We are based inside the Coast Kamloops Hotel and Conference Center, where we provide exclusive catering services to all events held at the Hotel. Our Event Coordinators will work closely with you to develop a customized catering package and will keep in close contact until the day of your event. Our service staff will provide basic linens, glassware, plates, cutlery, catering equipment and our Chefs will prepare a menu to impress and excite you and your guests. The Coat Hotel & Kamloops Conference Centre offers 30,000 square feet of spacious, versatile meeting and social event space boasting great views of the city. Designed and built to accommodate groups ranging in size from intimate meetings to large special events, there are 9 separate conference rooms ranging in capacity from 50 – 550 guests and the Ballrooms can be combined together for over 8,000 square feet of function space.
