Heritage Ranch stands as Central Alberta’s premier ranch venue, sprawled across 207 acres of space conveniently positioned midway between Calgary and Edmonton. Our on-site restaurant, The Westlake Grill, caters to all events, presenting a chef-inspired menu crafted from locally sourced, fresh, and seasonal ingredients. The Merchant Hall at Heritage Ranch stands out as the perfect venue for private events, accommodating up to 120 guests year-round. Situated halfway between Edmonton and Calgary, just off Highway #2, our venue provides ample space for corporate meetings, team-building activities, weddings, conferences, and more. During the summer months, our capacity can expand to accommodate larger gatherings of 200/250 guests with an added rented tent and utilizing the outdoor venue spaces. We offer an array of team-building experiences, including Ranchtracker, Fabulous Feud, and Murder Mysteries, ensuring your event is both memorable and engaging!

Wedding Venue Must See!!! - An Eventective User from Lacombe, Alberta

This venue can hold 3 separate sized weddings: they have a small intimate area within their Westlake Grill Restaurant that holds ~40 people, then they have their recently build Classic Wedding Hall which feeds ~130 people. White washed love edge tables and twinkle lights bring the romance to life in this space. Then there is there summertime wedding tent that has a whopping capacity of ~300 guests. Wedding in a tent? Well, yes, the scenery around Heritage Ranch decrease your need for decorating astronomically. The location is incredible. Complete with beautiful, well-loved horses. Book a carriage ride for the bride and groom to ride off into the sunset and you’ve just given yourself a Cinderella wedding most people can only dream of.
