The Engineered Air Theatre is a classic venue built from the old Empress Theatre, Calgary’s theatre. Originally a vaudeville house, interior fittings from the Empress were saved and incorporated into the space. This intimate space features art deco details, an elegant balcony, and newly renovated décor. The space includes access to its very own private lobby, perfect for welcoming guests, catering, and cocktails. The Engineered Air Theatre is perfect for meetings, presentations,performances, banquets, seminars, receptions and more.

Arts Commons' Jack Singer Concert Hall is described as one of the most beautiful and acoustically acclaimed venues in North America. Special features incorporated into the hall design allow it to host a spectrum of entertainment or meetings, with a stage measuring up to 86' wide and nearly 38' deep. Suspended high above the stage is an 185,000-pound (90-ton) laminated spruce wood acoustical canopy that can be raised or lowered to tune the hall according to the specific needs of each performer. Over the years, The Jack Singer Concert Hall has lent itself to dance groups, graduations, weddings, townhalls, and so much more.
