The following agreement is intended for wedding services provided by Mobile Video and Photography referred to as the “studio”
The studio will provide the services agreed upon and described in this agreement. In the rare unforeseeable event that these materials are lost stolen or damaged the client will receive a full refund, or may schedule the videographer, or photographer to reproduce any reasonable simulated photographic performances. Finished videos and or photographic images are to be delivered no more than 30 days after the event. The customer agrees to purchase the minimum amount of services provided in this agreement. Deposits are non refundable. If the client has to change the date of the wedding the studio will make any and all means available to both parties to accommodate the new event date. The client has an opportunity to price check any further solicitations after receiving this contract, as the studio will typically price match any reasonable offer that matches the quality, and or DVD from our studio. The studio will submit the entire original footage on high resolution DVD format as a basic edit. The client fully understands that they are welcome to come back at a later time for video or photo editing, but additional fees may apply. The basic edit is a professional cut of the video, and photographic images are all color corrected. This agreement does not included music for video editing, albums, or actual prints. The Fusion Packages is a digital release of color corrected files on Print ready DVD, or hard drive transfer. The studio contracts for 7 hours coverage on all video packages. This includes travel, set up, breakdown and production, allowing for a minimum of 6 hrs of actual video recording. In the event the client wishes for additional time the hourly rate of $95.00 per hour will be applied –which includes shooting and editing. |
