**Sales Tax, and Alcohol not included** **A Security Deposit $400 Required to Secure Date, 50% Refundable** **A Security Deposit $600 Required for up to 250 Guests, 50% Refundable** Deposit will be refunded as long as contract is fulfilled, all monies owed are paid in full and property is damage free. Use of Facility and Grounds: 1. No Smoking in Facility; there is an outside patio area available for all smoking breaks. All smokers will utilize ash trays and trash receptacles to dispose of the butts. 2. The Renter and/or any Guests understand that alcohol or outside cups and/or drinks (cans or bottles) is not permitted to be brought onto the property or into the facility. The Depot X is governed by the TABC rules and regulations. 3. Facility will be used for the stated purposes, no sub-renting is allowed. If Renter is not able to utilize the facility, then renter must work through the cancellation policy. 4. Report any and all broken items when entering the facility or anything that occurred while occupied by the renters. 5. **Set Up and Break Down of outside vendors MUST fall WITHIN the rental period.** Thirty minutes is allotted prior to event and thirty minutes is allotted after event for this purpose. It is the responsibility of the renter to remove ALL items and/or equipment in the facility or on the grounds that was used for the event. 6. No Nails, Screws, Push Pins, Staples are permitted to hang decorations. Tape and sticky Tack are permitted with the understanding that all decorations must be removed at the end of the rental period. 7. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Children are not allowed to run through facility, repeatedly push through patio doors, climb on furniture, or climb the features of the building. An adult (individual 21 years of age or older) must sign the agreement and be present at all times during the rental period if the event is for someone 21 years of age and younger. 8. An on-site Depot X Representative will monitor activities and has the authority to enforce agreement rules and terminate rental agreement if renter does not honor agreement rules. 9. Parking is available in front of the building, to the side, in the rear and also along the front of the buildings in our complex. 10. A new inquiry, renter or vendor must check in with the Property Manager to view the facility or have a meeting to organize services. The Depot X Office is located in the building next to the facility, Room 101 11. Only Tea and Water are allowed to be brought in, by Outside Catering ONLY. NO gum aloud in the facility.
