3-hour party only $400
Riding for up to 10 children--each additional rider $40. Includes theme of your choice (Princess, Pirate, Cowboy/Cowgirl, Country Bumpkin), petting zoo time, tables and chairs for food/cake, and one additional activity of your choice: hay rides, face painting, hair party with feathers, horseshoe decorating, horse painting, horse bathing, scavenger hunts, treasure hunts, fishing tournament, boat rides, or a pool party. |
| All parties must be booked in advance--please call early to insure your time and date. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at time of booking. Our waiver form must be signed by a parent for all riders--a downloadable version is available under the "forms" section of our web site, you may pick one up in person, or we can email you a copy. In the event of foul weather the day of your party, a full refund or a date to re-schedule will be offered. Younger siblings who are not riding may also attend, but must have a signed waiver and be closely supervised by an adult at all times. |

A private country venue offering many extras not available at hotels or restaurants. We include many 'extras' that are hidden costs at other venues. Being a private place we can make our rules to fit with your plans. We work with you and for you at turning 15,000 square feet into exactly what you want! All event planners, caterers, florists, photographers or just regular people are welcome to visit this working horse farm/estate located minutes from the turnpike and 95. Something quite different!!

| | "Calendar Photo Shoot", voluptuositypalmbeach from West palm beach, FL | | I have never met such a wonderful and gracious host as Joan. From the moment we stepped on the property, she made us feel at home. This is an amazing place to have an event, however I had the pleasure of shooting parts of my calendar at this estate. She allowed us to use the rooms at our discretion and even helped set up one of the scenes where I needed a full course thanksgiving meal. Not only did she set the table, but also prepared some of the food I had brought along with me to look even more appetizing. What a great place and an amazing host. I had 7 men a photographer and assistant with me and she made everyone feel welcomed. Just the absolute best!!! |
